a few friends and i spent three days in ilan and jiu-fen over chinese new year. we had a really great time and the weather was great! i plan to blog more about it all later, but in the meantime, here's a pic of some 紅心芭樂 (red heart guavas), one of my favorites. they're a specialty in ilan.
ps - we found mangoes in ilan! in february! my heart was singing.
I swear I'm going to blog about our trip too! We'll see how far that goes...
