this was taken in the basement of miramar, a shopping mall. check out all the raincoats on the scooters! i got such a kick out of this we had to take a photo. this is SO taiwan. love it!
and finally, here's a recent meal i cooked for my sweetie! i've been delving into chinese cooking lately, and i'm realizing it's not as daunting as it once seemed. on this particular night i made spicy eggplant, cabbage, and an egg and shrimp dish. :)
